Buy from another seller. That seller is lying to you. It is not possible to run a 9550 OS on a 9530. The best that can be done is a what is called a hybrid but the core OS is still from the 9530. Im not sure why the seller would even make that up since OS 5 is available for both devices. Seems shady to me.
