    I use the 9530 overseas with the crackman hybrid OS and have absolutely no reception problem. my reception is much better than my friend's Bold.

    So i would save the $200.

    i use my storm at work as an OBDII diag tool w/ the bluetooth OBDII port that it came with. the real time lags a little bit but other than that it works fine.
