Hello first time posting. hope ive got the right section. i have been given a 9500 storm that had no signal. I have wiped it clean using JL_Cmder and now get the reload software: 507 screen. i have installed the latest bb dektop manager and os4 and os5 to my pc. i have tried using these programs to load the os with no luck.

bbsak - keep getting no os found please install a os for your phone.
Apploader - it gets to updating your device uploading ram image. phone turns off and light starts blinking. have left the phone like this for over 2 hours. nothing
Desktop manager - cant detect phone.

its starting to do my head in now and is about to do the journey out the window.

can anyone please help. thanks

uninstal one of the device os's u have installed, coz only one os can be on your pc at a time, so choose either 4 or 5. by the way could u pm me a link for jl_cmder?
