I was trying to install a trial version of BB AlarmsPro when Desktop Mgr. unexpectedly tells me that newer versions of Core applications are available. How did that happen? I am running leaked .109. Does DM goe to the 'net and check for updates automatically? If it says it has newer versions of the core apps, should I always say yes to updating them?

I've had the same thing happen on my BETA fw, and problems have occurred after the the "core apps" were updated. My battery drains fast (3-4hrs), it freezes often, etc.

Well, after a few attempts where DM said it didn't see any new apps to load, it finally did install AlarmsPro
