Well it took only 3 weeks for my Storm to die. It turned itself off and refused to turn back on. Red LED would flash. Charged all night. Nothing

Called Verizon, told me to go to store to replace the battery....... Nothing.......... was told to go to another store that had Storms in stock for a swap........they didn't have any ............third call, FedEx next day air leaving today............FedEx isn't guaranteeing next day air! So my phone will probably be sitting at my office after a Friday delivery, that's great if I didn't have the day off...... Good Times!

Of course according to Verizon, they haven't had any Storms die!

    Happy Holidays.

That sucks, it just died? No water damage, no drops? ... I have heard of many accounts of people killing their storms with 1 drop.

nope didnt have time to abuse it!

I will give a thumbs up to Verizon Customer service. As I was talking to them trying to get a tracking number, my warehouse guy walks in a FedEx package with my phone in it! 22 Hours and I have a new Storm. pretty impressive!
