1. I cannot forward attachments that people send to me. I have tried many different ways. Do I have to save the attachment and then send it and attach?
2. I constantly have an envelope in my email folder, even though I have no new emails. It will not delete the icon on the main screen. It also tells me I have (1) new email, when in fact, it does not. I have played with the settings and was able to lose the icon, but now it will not tell me the number of messages I really have. I have reset the phone and it still shows as a new email. I will take out the battery and see if that works. I doubt it though.
