    But yes, go to options and then in themes and on the top will be storm zen (default) and your downloaded

    Have you gone to Options > Theme? It should automatically show there. If not, are you sure its a storm theme?

    Also, go to Options>Advanced options>whatever theme you have and make sure your permissions are set to allow.
