I doubt it since I'm not advertising the public distribution of it, it's for my own personal use. Of course they could tell me to stop using it, just like any copyright and trademark holder could. I doubt they would based on my use.

If was selling it, publicly advertising its distribution through me, or putting it on a web site asking for donations to use it (yes I know the OP is offering it free which is a moot point), yeah they'd probably have a big problem with it.

Like I said, I could give a you know what, it's a nice theme and obviously some quality time was put into it. I'm just telling the OP to be careful, that's all. And it's not just USC that cares, I just happen to know they're very protective. They go crazy when media outlets call the school Southern Cal, so you know they're anal about stuff.
