Is it possible for someone to make a theme that lets you change your background image? I would believe that you have to insert an image into the theme that would allow you to change your background image at will. I like a lot of these themes, but when I get sick of the stock background, I would like to be able to change the portrait/landscape and the lock screens.
The only background that a user can change after a theme is created is the home screen background (and even then, some themes use non-transperant svg files that will appear over any background you select).
Application List backgrounds (landscape and portrait) and lock screen images are not able to be changed by the user. This is a Plazmic limitation, not something theme builders can correct at this time.
