it may be the theme I have never tried that one you might even ask the guy who built the theme.
Try using Win OS & by Ecruz. I have been using his themes for awhile and have never had any problems. His Android theme is pretty cool too.

hey rusty, I just saw that you were having this issue. Here's what you have to do.
1. Activate the theme you want.
2. Delete all other themes
3. Do a battery pull
4. Problem solved.
I wonder if you altered it by going to your app screen and choosing options and changing the rows for 2 to 1 or 3. I have done that in the past when loading a custom theme and the default runs through.
