Actually, none of his themes slow my storm down. Although, I also use stop tilt, so I would not notice anyway....

its easier to associate it with 'sidekick' with it being on the side

but no, it doesnt like, fly away and fly back bigger, that would be weird lol

I almost like it better on the bottom.
Since when its on the site it looks a bit unbalanced.
Plus the sidekick is a landscape based phone if you made it portrait it would be on the bottom.
I just think its awkward with such little room of the right side when the icons are on the right.
So when the icons are on the bottom there is a lot of room on the top for today and weatherbug and stuff.
But I could live with it if the icons were on the side. Not to big an issue.

Well, here I am...
...it would seem that I never know whats going on until I log on to CB...AND YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS...
Anyway, I think this is another kickass theme. Also, the sideways variation comes off as the best bet.

heres an idea. what if when you highlight over an icon it would pull up a picture on top of the icon section, kind of like the ones on the sidekick. kind of like you did for the htc theme. but instead of htc pics obviously it would the sidekick themed pics of things like "txt" pic, "browser" pic, etc... you get the idea. i think that would be pretty sick

For some reason I still like the bottom dock, but whatever works is fine.

naw jk i dunno if i want to do that because then i cant let users customize the icons...because i cant make it so that only when you highlight the say "Calendar" icon a calendar pop up happens....i can only make it so when the user selects icon in "slot0" it does a pop up...and what if i defaulted "slot0" (which is the 1st icon in app menu) to show the Calendar app, but made the icon customizable, so if someone changed the first icon from calendar, to Camera, then when they highlight that icon in slot0, it would still show the Calendar pop up
But i want to do something fun...i have ideas

I love this idea!!
And if it were bottom dock it would still leave room for the hidden today area.
