I see sms and mms in the phone graphic on the left, but when I put it on my storm it puts all my sms and mms in the messages folder...
not sure how to fix it.

Go to Edit->Preferences->Message tab->select SMS and MMS in one inbox, email in another inbox

Go in to your email>options>General Options>SMS and Email inboxes> Separate
