    Does anyone know how to do a scrolling dock or a hiding dock?

    I searched and found out I had to edit something with a file Jscroll.svg, but theme builder wont let me open it?

    Open the svg file in a text editor (notepad). Make the changes to the svg file and reload it into the Theme Builder.
