I was thinking retro cartoon style (like from the game Fallout 3 (Vault Boy) or Bioshock) meets slightly futuristic (as in those games as well) but clean and simple (not plastered in logos, or images, etc.) so as not to devour memory.
Thinking of the cartoon mascots for corporations in the 30s & 40s like Mr. Shrink (from a Walt Disney/Lincoln Electric welding instructional video lol).
Basically a watered down (but updated) version of the "Pip-Boy v5000" theme without any trace of "Fallout 3" visible.
