Seeing as how it was a free theme, and we're not making any money off of it, I don't really see the point of risking getting sued into oblivion by Palm when the product wasn't profitable to us in the least to begin with.

Why risk a massive loss when there is no possibility of gain?

jus rename it.. all the other ones did this and it worked out for them... but if not.. i am looking forward to ur next release...

might i suggest to rename the PRE storm ... the BBCPRE-Storm afterall there name isnt BBCPRE

I think we've made it pretty clear we aren't continuing work on this theme.

We're moving on to new things. If you have the theme installed, good for you. If not, and you want it, you're beat.

You know what?! I am just going to wait for your next theme cuz i know you guys work hard to perfect what you do.

You guys are awsome. Keep up the good work. Palm is just upset cuz the storm has 20 times more features than the pre does. lol. and verizon has an ENTIRE CAMPAIGN telling everyone why the storm is better than the PRE. lol :P
