This is a comment and support thread.

Troubleshooting:

Lag
-Battery Pull
-Check how many other themes you have installed. More than three usually dramatically slows any phone on any OS down.
-Run the Memory Cleaning application

Install
-You should have been given an OTA download link for the color you chose, along with a .ZIP containing all 4colors in .ALX form
-Unzip the .zip file
-Start up Desktop Manager
-Hit the Application Loader
-Under Add/Remove Applications click the START button
-On the next window hit the BROWSE button
-Navigate to the unzipped files
-Choose the folder color you want and inside will be the .alx file.
-Select it
and hit UPDATE

There you go!

KD - when do you REST, please send link ASAP. Have you tried scrolling text yet? Maybe when an email comes in and you hover the message icon, the first 2 lines of the email scrolls across the homescreen?
