I have uploaded all the COD files and the .jad files and have a workable link for the theme, however when you select the link it doesn't go into OTA it asks the user to download and then they are unable to open.

I was told to upload the below listed files:
AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor jad
AddType application/java-archive jar
AddType application/vnd.rim.cod cod

but where do I upload them and are they just text files???? Not sure how/what to do with them please help...

open notepad > paste:

> save it as ".htaccess" (w/o the quotes) (select the "all file types" not "text file" > upload it to ur server to the root directory of all ur ota files r located

I was able to save the file and upload it but I cannot upload a .htaccess file, I get an error message invalid file type, should I try and FTP it?

I'm having the same problem...even with FTP it says error because i can't have a "." in the .htaccess file name....
