K I've gone on a bunch of sites trying to figure out how to make a ota link
But when I try with my computer I doesn't work
Can anyone tell me a simple way to do it or create one for me?

You need to fins someone that is offering free ota hosting. Just do a search tons of ppl r offering it for free.

rawr you need to create a .htaccess file to put into the dir you want your themes uploaded to, then just upload all of the .cod files and the .jad
