*** Open Source Theme - FREE Plazmic and Composer source files ***

A few weeks ago jaxjon started a thread here http://forums.crackberry.com/f131/op...-theme-288621/ suggesting we make some Plazmic and Composer files available to the community to develop and allow new users to learn how themes are created. I think as the thread started out as a question asking what people thought of the idea, it wasn't obvious that it actually contained themes that people could download to work on.

As a result I thought I would post it under a new and clearer title.

The idea is that you download and play with the source files below that have been made available by various people, add new ideas such as icons etc, then post the resulting theme along with your developed source files. Hopefully we as a community can come up with a pretty cool theme that is continuously evolving.

The only condition is that you don't use any of the assets made available in this thread to create a paid for theme. Now this is based purely on trust, so please please do not abuse that trust.

Not sure about the other source files as I can only track stats on the one I posted, but it's had 18 downloads since posting this thread. The big question is will any one who downloaded contribute back? Only time will tell

I used the hidden dock from Theme 2 to add to my Zen Clean theme, I will post it up in a few.

Here is the OTA, I will get screenshots and the thm files up later today.

Ok so we DL the files and can open them up with plazmic and mess around with them?

Yep just open theme builder and open the thm flle. Then you can edit the theme as you like.

Hello, I like ur theme but I have 1 ?, idk if its my os or the theme but the wallpaper is a plain black screen, I was really looking 4ward 2 having the 2 eco's. So is it the theme or my os not showing the wallpaper. I did a battery pull after downloading it and I've used a 3rd party theme on this os before with no issue. Running 5.0.0.191, thank you

The theme has a black wallpaper. That's just a picture I found online that I use. I can post it later if you like.

Nice one, the dock image works well with zen styled themes.

I've got an idea for something I'd like to try with the source files jaxjon posted, not sure when I'll get chance though, but I'll post as soon as it's done.
