The Curve one is already available for download. This storm one was ported from my Curve version of this theme.

NIU Huskies Curve Theme

As for a Tour version, the Plazmic software that we all use to make themes does not support the Tour yet. We have to wait until they release an updated version of Plazmic. But when it becomes available, i can make a Tour version.
