No expert here - try this - open: messages->option->general options->scroll to sms and email Inboxes setting should be separate if you want to see sms box (lots of themes combine them)

When creating a theme, where can you set this option? I'm creating my own theme, but the SMS icon never shows up and I can't find a place in the theme creator software to change it.
In the application hierarchy of the theme creator software the SMS, MMS and SMS/MMS icons are all there, they just don't show up on the phone. No big deal, just a pain to have to go in after I load it up and change a bunch of settings.
