I've redesigned an old theme of mine, Neon X. I've been working like crazy for the past few days making sure this theme would be a competitor of the default storm theme. Every single aspect of the theme is aligned and centered. Every icon was optimized and perfected. I will be using this on my phone for a while. Absolutely no memory leaks to worry about. In fact, there is nothing about it that I do NOT like...

looks and runs pretty good just been runnin it overnight but ill throw up some screens to show that this theme is wall friendly, any chance at a hidden dock tho? i really think that would put a +1 on this theme

There is one applications list hotspot located above the icons and below the banner. The theme file is under 800kb.

But yeah, unfortunately all free copies are gone. You can purchase the theme for only $4.99 here.

Alright so after having this theme for a little while I can come in here with my review.

If you're a person that likes the precision zen theme, but just wants something a little bit different, than this is a good one to try.
I typically prefer themes that don't make the third party icons stand out too much, and this one accomplishes that. They're a little bit more colorful, of course, but that's about it.
One thing, though.. I personally like smaller icons, with maybe 10 instead of 8. I think the Storm's screen is so big that more icons can fit, while still allowing for more of the wallpaper/screen to be seen.
Even so, no real complaints about this theme. Definitely one to check out.
