Hi all!

I am addicted to the hidden icon themes like elle, simple white, as well as my own themes I have posted here. So here is another one. There are only so many things you can do with the homescreen on one of these types as the whole point is to keep it minimal and clean to show off wallpapers/pictures, therefore I decided to mess with the battery and signal icons. I think it looks kind of cool. It uses base icons for apps and has a WB (or whatever you want) icon on the homescreen using the 1st app on your app screen, as well as a place for 2 more apps using 2nd and 3rd apps and a dedicated Quicklaunch area. There are custom colored buttons and battery/signal meter for app screen etc. and white text on black background in all applicable areas. The dialpad is full screen also, no cutoff.

I have also posted a version with all homescreen areas customizable.

The size is currently 386kb.

Give it a try if you like. .151 compatible!

Oh yeah...blue is battery and red is signal!

OTA Download

OTA Download -All areas customizable

Is there a separate SMS folder? Looks good though.

No, I prefer combined messages, sorry. PM me if you want something different (there are 5 options) and I'll see what I can do for you.

Nvm. Figured it out. Separated them under the options in the messages folder. Now there is a separate SMS folder : )

Good theme!!! I'm a fan of elle as well! This is my second favorite theme.

One suggestion that elle has and your theme lacks is the consistancy between the home screen and the application screen. It would bug me to be looking at the top for my signal strength immediatly after unholster and all of a sudden it changes and I have to look at the bottom.

With all the quirks that the storm has I would suggest that but thats just me.

However I do like the battery status being displayed in percentages, it helps accurately tell me how much time I have left to search the crackberry website ;-) LOL.

Good theme...

I thought about that, but I didn't think it a deal breaker lol . I try to be consistent from home to app screen if at all possible, just not in this case.

Thanks very much for your kind input.

you are very welcome, and I truly can not bring myself to stop using the other theme (don't want to use the name again). So really it wasn't a deal breaker just my personal preference.

Like I said before tho amazing theme and it is very well planned out and looks very clean.

Just a thought tho have you checked for any memory leaks on this theme yet? I don't have meter berry so I can't run a log for you but would be interesting to find out. (I'm not even sure how to check for memory leaks so I can't give much advice)

I have been using this theme for over a week while tweaking it, and have had no memory problems, I have a good bit of themes/apps on the phone so I start about 30 mb and don't drop down past 27 mb. That's just me checking every so ofter, I don't have meterberry. Please make sure you do a battery pull after installation though.
