How do you put a picture in landscape mode with plasmic?

likely you need to do that with a graphics app.

unless you mean turn the device in Plazmic, View > Landscape Orientation.. or the little pda looking icon with the downwards pointing arrow.

When in landscape you insert a pic and next to the tilt icon on the menu bar, you unclick the "8 ish lookin" icon.
This disables the picture link for tilting.
