Found a way to get around app errors you may get when installing a new theme on a new os. the problem i had was my bb would always crash before i could get to the options icon soooo try the following...

hit bb button and go to options choose 3 rows instead of 2 rows for some reason this puts bb theme back at default from here you can reach the options button that allows you to change theme

You can always start your phone in safe mode then reset the theme once the phone starts up in safe mode.

Blizzerd - Wish I'd known that trick, would have save me some time from rebooting. Thanks for the tip!
