I have unlocked my BB9530 from Verizon and swapped it to At &t. I can make calls but I can not receive phone calls or text messages. I have called tech support with no answers. What do I do?

Thanks bb624, I did speak with a rep at at & t and they are not sure what the problem might be. I changed my profile, which I had read in prior posts where others have had problems and this has not solved the issue either.....Still looking for some help!!!!
