So I have been developing some themes and one of which has quite a bit of icons that are accessible from the home screen. Do you guys think that there would be a set number of icons that would be "too many" or would it be "the more the better"?
I don't normally use my Storm on a day to day basis but I know when I do I always want more icons since I miss the keyboard shortcuts. But now that Quick Launch is available then it's a hard decision between how many icons to have.
i have the bbprofessional theme which has 3 rows of 5 icons, but only comsumes 1/2 of the screen below the banner. i guess that means that, if you don't have a today or weather bug area, you could have 30 icons plus hidden buttons in the banner! that would be pretty cool!
I like the themes that have lots of icons on it so I don't need to navigate away from home screen. Don't like clutter though I want to see my cool background I always have. I myself love the ones with hidden ones. Like click the time for clock, signal for manage connections, battery for options, etc, etc.
