I think I figured out how to export whatever font you want.

Am I allowed to post what file I changed or is it against the rules since I modified one of the plazmic files?

the thing is, when I open an old theme file that would not export, I get the crash, but when I create a new theme with the changed fonts, it doesn't crash. Weird. I can try and post pics of my homescreen w/ certain fonts if anyone wants to see a certain font.

I changed the BB9500.properties file and I copied the .ttf fonts in the FONTS folder (of plazmic) into the RESOURCES/FONTS folder.

The modification I made to the properties files is below.

I added the line:
font.ttf.scale.factor = 1

and modified this line to add BBAlpha Sans
font.available.families = BBCapitals, BBCasual, BBClarity, BBCondensed, BBMillbank, BBMillbankTall, BBSansSerif, BBSansSerifSquare, BBSerif, BBSerifFixed, BBAlpha Serif, BBAlphaSans, BBAlpha Sans

please note that I can only export themes made AFTER I made this adjustment. I cannot export themes that would not export before. I had to remake the theme and then export it.

sorry guys. That's what I did. I do not feel comfortable going through a step by step. I don't know if I can get in trouble for showing how to modify the files. You know what I modified. Trial and error for yourselves.

yeah...i can edit it but just cant save it? I'm trying with notepad...maybe I should be using something else.

I tried all this changing and stuff. Re created a new theme and still no luck. I have not changed any fonts.


I have only changed wallpaper and font color... Why will this not export.

I used note pad and it worked. Just File save. If you dont have add min rights it may not let you.

Sorry i dont have any other isdeas. The only time i have had that issue is when logged in without admin rights. If your permissions arnt set right you wont have right capabilities to program files. Right click on the file and see if read only is checked on the bottom right of the general tab. If it is uncheck it and try again. If you dont have admin rights it will prompt you that you cant do it. Also the security tap will give the information who has right capabilities to program files.

thanks you know what, i forgot to set the admin rights for my pc again it crashed and installed windows all over and i thought i had the admin set it worked now thanks alot. i appreciate it man.
