Most of them are downloaded because i recognize them, and some might be created by theme makers too... someone puts a lot of work into these things, no one takes credit for them here though.. which is honorable.
Do a search in Deviant art.. lots of icon sets for download there.
Just did a search for png icon and found some awesome sets... if i only had the patience to create a theme.
