Looks nice. For the battery meter they look way better as a solid image instead of segments. Just my opinion though

Looks real nice.

I would add gradients behind the sound profile hotspot and the connections hotspot. This would make things more readable on the homescreen while using a lighter colored wallpaper. I'm not a fan of these themes with multiple hidden hotspots on the homescreen. I like to be able to click almost anywhere on the homescreen and bring up the apps screen but, a QuickLaunch hotspot is a must.
