    iv got lots of themes for my blackberry storm 9500 but wen i activate them if i have a txt or a phone call my phone doesnt go off it has no sound anyone no if i got to chage any settings please xxxxx

    Well... what OS are you running on your 9500?
    It could be an OS issue. If you have 4.7, you can download 4.7 themes ONLY, and if you have 5.0, you can only download themes that are 5.0 compatible.

    Oh, and have you tried battery pulls? I guess its kinda common knowledge, but i'm asking anyways haha.

    go to options > about. And you can find your OS info.

    Then you need to download themes compatible with your OS.


    Hope you get your problem fixed. And remember to always do a battery pull when you install or run a new theme.
