Okay well I'm not sure exactly sure what you're trying to download, but if you go to the page that has the ringtone you want, and if you're on your Storm just click Download Now. If you're on your PC, click e-mail this ringtone. When you get the email it will have a link in it. Click the link from your Storm and it will ask your permission to download the file. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you. If you could be a little more specific as to what kind of problem your having, we can help you better.
