Hi all I am in the process of creating a couple of new themes. THis one is inspired by WIndows Mobile 6.5 and the Zune:

Here is the main screen (pic is of my boys) . Details...The top left button will launch quicklaunch. and the Top right will launch the profiles:

The "icons" that are on the homescreen are hardcoded (so provide your input on what you would like to see available) You can also access the clock by clicking on the time on screen 1.

By tapping in the middle of the top banner that will transition you over to screen #2 that contains 8 user customizable icons in a Windows Mobile style honeycomb pattern ( quicklaunch can also be accessed from screen 2)


I am still working on finsing some other icons to make a "dark version" and am finishing all the highlights and screens and cleaning up some small details.



So all in all it is a wallpaper friendly theme, responsive and all early reports say very good on memory (also works in the 151 hybrids thanks SoCal) So please leave your feedback and questions to help drive the remainder of the theme.

Release date is tenatively 1 week out but I will keep this thread updated.

Maybe I am missing something, but how is this a wallpaper friendly theme? I see icons, etc., all over the wallpaper. I like the design and always looking for a theme that maximizes wallpaper display with no icons over it. Am I missing something?

the first screen is very wall paper friendly, theres barely anything really in the way of your wallpaper, you can quitre clearly see two aweosme kids on the phone.

Very very nice. Ive already sent a couple of suggestions so I wont rehash them. Looking forward to the release.


Dont know if its possible but instead of going to a different screen which is also nice. How about just making the words scroll up thats on the homescreen.

Change the main home screen font to one without a black shadow. And maybe less "ripped from windows 7" icons.

What he said! The black shadow on the font looks really good I dont think you will be disappointed when he is finished.

UPDATE :

as of late last night..there is now the implementation of weather to show on both today screens.

Quick update. As you have seen I added a weather app slot and am working on the icons. I have been asked the question of premium or not premium. It will be a premium $3 theme and there will be up to 4 differnt icon sets in multiple options. And for the release which looks to be this coming weekend I will be running a very cheap sale to honor my Birthday .

As it stands now I will be doing the following:

A non weather edition with standard windows icons, gant icons, buuf icons, and 1 other set that Im still working on.

Weather Edition (All sets).

A Hidden Today (all sets)

A Weather edition hidden today with all icon sets.

Please post your feedback as I wasnt to make it as user freindly as possible, especially on the main screen as those are hardcoded so if you would like a text icon that isnt shown post it here and Ill work those up as well.

Next updates and pics hopefully tonight.
