    Hello Smart People,

    I cannot open attachments on my Storm. I touch the attachment icon in the message, go to the Blackberry button and tell it to open attachement. I get "Attachment type cannot be opened on your device". I have tried opening .jpg's .doc's etc. Can anybody help please?

    Make sure you have downloaded Documents to Go. Check BB App World.

    They have a premium version. But it is only good for 30 days. is there a basic version for free?

    you dont need docs to go to open those attachments. Make sure you have attachment services loaded on your phone. You can do this thru DM

    It came with the Storm's OS. Check folders on the berry. Jpeg should open in media viewer. Docs are docs to go etc. If you are still having problems it may be the MIME settings but I am not sure if resending service books would help or reload OS from Desktop Manager.
