Try this to see if your images have too many colors. Plazmic converts all images to PNG format and optimizes them during export. Replace your active call screen and lockscreen to a solid one color image if possible. Try exporting. If still too large, change a couple of more backgrounds. I've had similar problems as well in the past. Also if your using SVG content for your HomeScreen, try to export without it as well.
