Just downloaded and looks pretty good.
If you hide an icon the popup menu from the BBbutton wont go away. You have to touch around it and it kinda chips away at the menu till it's gone.
I would suggest changing the search button to something more useful. I don't know that I would ever use it.
The animation is nice and smooth and I really like the little "Droid" button.
The today stuff looks good also.
Overall I would say this is going to turn out nice. Just a few little hiccups as any beta. Good job.
Almost forgot, I make the clock clickable from the home screen.
Looking awesome so far... only bug ive noticed is that the text in BBM is white making it virtually unreadable... the search button should be browser since i doubt anyone uses the search app very often. .. The back "droid" button is original but pointless am i right? it is extremely loud on my phone also.
making these bottom bottoms more useful is key.. maybe quicklaunch for back?
Clickable clock in homescreen is always a plus.
over its awesome... please get rid of the "DROID" tho... its just so loud
