    It's already rumored to have a large battery. 3850mAh from what I hear.

    I don't think battery is a big issue nowadays. If it is, you can get an external battery pack/charger. No need to shut off your phone like when swapping batteries

    i just saw that usually it takes 3 years between patent application and the product release, if it ever comes out.
    So interestingly the retractable patent http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-...RS=20130033432 is almost 3 years old, dated February 2013 and some new devices are to be issued not before 2016 according to Chen... i keep my fingers crossed until then
