wimpy ring tone

I need something loud, high pitched. I work in a furniture factory, I've missed a lot of calls because I wear ear plugs, and vibration mode isn't much good either. is there a way to boost the volume? or a ring tone that will pierce through the noise!

I think the best attention-grabber is a two-tone siren alert - the top/bottom notes hopefully catching your attention.
