SMS tone per contact?

I'm hope Blackberry 7 has a way to asign a SMS tone per contact. With SMS being so poplar it would be a great feature. I had the option on my Pre. It was really nice knowing who was texting me. My wife said that was the whole reason whe didn't want a BB.

I'm pretty sure you can assign an tones with a certain contact.
Well, on OS6 you can. I think, if I remember correctly.

I have all my contact set up with their own SMS sound.

How? I've tried searching with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. That is why I love these forums.

Make sure that the phone numbers do not have ANY punctuation in them.

Then just set a Contact Alert.
