Have you stored them on your memory card or device?
Plug your device into the computer, and when two boxes pop up, select the drive that does NOT have the (1) in the name. Example, mine come up: BLACKBERRY1 (N) and BLACKBERRY (H). You would select the BLACKBERRY (H) drive's folder. That is your SD Card. When that folder comes up, go into: Blackberry>ringtones. Click on them while holding "Ctrl" on your keyboard. That will allow you to select multiple files. If there are no ringtones that you want to keep, then hold "Shift" and click the top ringtone file, then scroll to the bottom and click the last ringtone file, then release "Shift". That will allow you to select all of them. Then delete them. They should be in that folder if you have them stored on your removable memory.
If you have them stored on your device's memory, then go into the other drive's folder (mine is BLACKBERRY1 (N)) and go to: home>user>ringtones. They should be in there if they are stored in the device's memory. Use the same selection method to delete them in that folder.
If they can be viewed on the computer, this will work. Like Shansmi said below this post, purchasing them may have locked them; in that case, you will have to delete them from your device.
EDIT: I was editing this post when SHANSMI posted below it. Sorry bout that.
