    Default Ringtone Programs?

Does anyone know of any good programs to use to cut and edit songs to make ringtones. i just want to edit a song like 45secs into the song to start as the ringtone so i can actually hear the chorus when someone calls. Any programs that are good for this??

    Thx!!!

I use Adobe Audition! It's amazing, not only does it cut songs to specific parts, but you can also add nice effects like increase the volume of the tone, add echo, etc.

I use MP3 Cutter. It's easy to cut songs and has a user friendly interface too.

I've been using itunes to make ringtones for the longest.

    1. Add song to library
    2. Right-Click on Song and select Get Info
    3. Go to the "Options" tab and enter "Start Time" and "End Time" of your choosing and hit "OK"
    4. Right-Click on the song again and select "Create ACC Version"
    5. Your XX second ringtone will appear and then drag to desktop and change the file extension from .m4a to .mp3
    6. There you go!! Easy as 1-2-3-4-5. lol

Just don't forget to change the "Start Time" and "End Time" back to the original settings.

Same here. Super easy and if it's too loud or distorted on my BB, I just reduce the volume of the song in itunes.
