phonezoo.com is free and easy to use, allowing you to make any ringtone you want out of anything.

Just use it's built-in ringtone maker, save it to the "my zoo" area, then go to phonezoo from your phone, login, go to "my zoo" and download.

I use it for all my ringtones.
