Increasing ringtone from soft to loud?

Does anyone know how to make, or if there exists, a ringtone that starts out soft & gets louder? Or an app that does that?

I had this on a previous phone and found it ridiculously helpful. Instead of trying to manage what profile goes on when....just use this ringtone so it starts soft. In meetings, just get it before it gets louder. Then you don't have to change it when I'm on the plant floor.

Why don't I use vibrate? Oddly enough...I don't feel the stupid thing when I'm walking. A lot of my coworkers don't. Missing calls from the boss is not a good idea right now...

Or import your ringtone to Audacity, select the entire ringtone (or a section of your choosing) & choose the effect Fade in. That should start it out quiet & get increasingly louder.
