how can I move my ringtones to my mp3

Ok I have a blackberry bold and my friend sent me a song threw my email and I downloaded it and it came in my ringtones and I want to move it to my mp3, I have been trying to find a way for like an hour is there any way I can do this I would really appreciate the help

If it's downloaded to your Media Card:
Menu > Applications > Files > File Folders > Media Card > Blackberry > RINGTONES folder:

If it's downloaded to your device memory:
Menu > Applications > Files > File Folders > Device > Home > User > RINGTONES folder:

Select the file > Options > Cut or Copy the file to > MUSIC folder
