contact's sms tone

I went into my contacts, and set someone up w/ a certain sms tone, one I downloaded online. When I set my phone onto vibrate the tone sounds off, really bad thing to have happen during class. I don't know why this is happening, any other sms tone such as the ones loaded on the phone are vibrating as they should.

Contacts > (select particular contact in question) Edit > (scroll to) Custom Ring Tone/Alerts > Phone > (check that all categories under top are set to) Active Profile > (while in vibrate profile click) Try It

... adjust as necessary from there and you should get what you desire.
