Default Call Waiting Tone

Just got my second 9900 (could not hear the call waiting tone on the 1st). I can barely hear the call waiting tone on this one. I have been a long time blackberryuser, and have never had this issue...

I posted this same issue a month back. Unfortunately just like you I was unable to get an answer aside from the typical "try a battery pull". Not sure why it does this

Default No Call Waiting tone when in a call?

I posted about this issue a few months back and never received any responses. Came to mind when I noticed again today. Since I've had this 9900 ive never heard a tone or alert when receiving another call while on the phone. Can someone please help or let me no if this is a known issue. Thanks!

I don't believe this to be a known issue but given the troubles with 9900s people are posting as opposed to my 9930 which has been trouble free anything is possible.

I wish I could give you an answer you are looking for.

Have you tried enabling Automatic volume control in Call Management/In call settings?
