Bb Torch tone "vital"

Is there anyone who has a copy of this tone? My coworker has heard this on my torch and wants to put it on his phone but has an older 8830. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

I found that same tone on my 9780, but there is no way to view the device memory on a PC.
I tried sending that tone via email from my BB but the file is hidden if you try to attach it.

All the OS 6 tones are copy right protected and there is no way currently to access the device memory.
