Will my answer tone transfer from my old bberry to my new bberry?

Answer tones (or ringback tones), the ones the callers hear while your phone is ringing, are from your carrier's end. They will work on any phone on your line, even a dumbphone.

Ok thank u! I thought so.. I hadn't purchased my ringback tone yet and I'm gettin a neww bberry 2morro so I wanted to make sure

I've had the same answer tone when I've used an LG CU515 (dumbphone), Nolia E71x, BlackBerry 9000, and my current BlackBerry 9700.
