You need to install the USB drivers that come with the BlackBerry Link software. BB10 devices mount differently than USB drives. On my PC the internal memory and SD card are assigned Windows drive letters Y and Z.

Does it go on charge when you connect it?

Whenever you connect a USB device to your PC, Windows will recognize that something is plugged in and attempt to find drivers. If it doesn't recognize that anything is plugged in then you've got a faulty USB port.

If I correctly recall, BB Link doesn't officially supports Windows 10: do all of your machines run Windows 10? If so, I'm not aware of any real solution.
