I don't know how much help you'll be able to find on that one, there are some limitations that just can't be beat and the VPN on BlackBerry can be a bit dicey for its selections.

Old thread, but I believe its likely a WPA psk issue. Double check your key, its case-sensitive. One of the things great about BB10 is the showing passwords with the eye thing.
